Reserve Your RideReservations can be made by filling out our Reserve Your Ride form below. A representative will call and/or email you to confirm your online reservation. Please be prepared to give your Visa/Mastercard/Amex information. Your card will not be charged unless required according to our cancellation/cleaning policy. See below for disclosures and important information.
Thank you for your business! We work hard to ensure a stress-free transportation experience for you and your guests. A few of our policies to help ensure this are listed below:
Credit card on file
Your CC # is kept on file to hold your reservation and is not initially charged. When the one-way fee is due you may use this card, another card, or simply pay cash. There is a 3.5% processing fee for credit cards.
Load up time
All reservations have a 10 minute load up time already included in the price. i.e a 8:00pm reservation has a load up time from 8:00-8:10pm. Additional time is charged by-the-minute at a rate of $60.00/hour ($30.00/hour non-peak). Also, your reservation may be forfeited if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Partying in the Van
Guests are allowed to bring their own drinks and drink in our vans. Cans and bottles, no problem, but remember to remove these from the van as you exit. Any trash left on the van may incur a $15.00 cleaning fee, billed directly to the credit card on file. Thanks for keeping it clean!
In case a guest becomes sick and vomits in the van during the trip a charge up to US$150 will be incurred to the credit card on file.
We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any reservation cancelled with a minimum 24 hours notice prior to the pick up time. Refunds usually show to your account within 7 days.
We will not refund payments if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of pick up time or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show) without notification.
There is a $4.00 processing fee for each leg of a reservation that is cancelled at any time after booking and prior to twenty four (24) hours before the pickup time. In the event that the reservation is cancelled after 24 hours prior to the pickup time, the cancellation charge will continue to be the full fare of the reservation.
The Fine Print
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All prices and fees subject to change without notice. Availability subject to change and/or substitution at any time. Due to situations beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, etc., travel times. Persons overly intoxicated may be refused service at any time or have their reservation voided at our sole discretion. Travel fees are charged for one-way only and only after service is rendered. We reserve the right to contract with a third party. We are not responisible for lost items (cell phones, IDs, cameras, etc). Upon making a reservation, you release all liability from the driver and Wanderlust LLC for any injuries incurred entering or exiting the van. We will do our best to assist you and maintain the safest environment possible, however, if you slip or fall we are not liable.
